The yoga program we will be following was developed by researchers at Boston Medical Center with input from yoga teachers, doctors and physical therapists. Part class and part home study, this 12 week program is divided into 4 segments designed to support healing of the back. Space is limited to 6 participants per workshop. $120 for the 12 week session. Fee includes your workbook. Payment plans accepted. Pre-Registration Required.
